We provide a rapid Product Development process to take your product from initial idea all the way through to series production

With around 20 years experience in developing products and processes, we have worked in a very broad range of market sectors.

In fact we’re well known for our world-class experience in healthcare, consumer products and special purpose manufacturing equipment.

Our rapid Development Process starts with creative design and analysis. However, there is no substitute for real experimentation to discover the unexpected, so we base our Process on the principle of doing very rapid design-build-test cycles.

To achieve that, we use a range of rapid prototyping techniques, both in-house and at our network of suppliers.

A key specialism is Design for Manufacture and high reliability. For example, disposable medical devices such as inhalers require very low failure rates. It is impractical to verify this simply by testing, so we use Quality by Design and statistical techniques to build an evidence trail for the regulatory files.
When it comes to getting your product into manufacture we can manage the entire production phase, anywhere from a pilot production line at our facility, to full volume production.
