Matt is a free-thinking mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience of creating inspired new products for organisations including Bosch, Bayer, Becton Dickinson, Ingersoll Rand and Lego as well as many smaller start-ups.

Working across many fields including consumer products and industrial products, he has built up an extensive knowledge of production processes, and now specialises in high volume healthcare products.
